OK. So picked up my black crosstrek 6spd back in late december. I am now just getting around to telling every body what i think of it.#1 the 6spd is a big improvement. The shifting is positive and the clutch is light, but not to light. #2 the suspension is a little soft but the frame feels good and stiff. The car handles as good or maybe even better than the 2014. #3 the stability control is 200% better. What i mean by better is when it is slippery, the system dosn't try to take all the control away from the driver. Even better than that when you shut the traction control off, you can drift this car like a rally car in the snow
. #4 the styling of the exterier is nice but i kind of like the 14 better. #5 the radio really bad. I dont know if it is the radio or just the sharkfin of an antenna? #6 the gas mileage is a little improved and oil consumption is non existant. The 14 crosstrek used between 1.5 and 2.0 quarts in 6000 miles. #7 the rims look good , but when it snows they fill up and go out of balance constantly
. #8 power!, the car feels slightly less powerful but seems to be happier to rev than the 14. Overall i am very pleased with this car and i will probably trade it for another in 3.5 years. (providing the still have stick shift) Thanks for reading my opinion.
