Default Montreal Snow

Montreal snow can be quiet the headache, especially how they remove it in this Canadian city. Anyway, 36 cm fell overnight. The car was buried but I still drove out. My Blooba is one capable Crosstrek.

Obviously cannot match you guys in Canada for snow but we had our 7" freak snow storm here in North Carolina a while back and I was elated. My wife thought I was crazy (which is probably true) but I had to take the X-trek out in it - had a blast. My wife (from NY/PA) does have a good point in that she is not worried how we drive in snow but how people who have not grown up with it drive in snow. As I said in another post I ended up helping a couple of kids with a F150 4WD and a young woman with her children in a 4WD Jeep Grand Cherokee - the X-trek no problem.

Dennis,

Are you Army? I can't believe you had that much snow so far south. Do you guys use winter tires at all?

Retired Army 2010 - rare but the occasional snow storm - winter vs summer tires is a foreign concept here.
