Default Jack Force!

Hello,

i want to change my tires at my crosstrek from 2017. Where do i have to apply the force? On the pitch welding or beside the pitch welding? I don't have a orignal jack because it is broken.
In This Video it looks like the force is realy going over the welding. Minute: 2:10

Thank you for the info. But if the slot is not deep enough the force of the car goes the wrong way.

The last time i installed a jack on the pitch welding, the pitch welding collapsed.

At the next car i had apllied the force on the side skirt and then the side skirt collapsed. You must be realy careflul which jack you use.
