New owner "investor"
I just helped my daughter purchase a 2013 Crosstrek Limited, and drove with her across the country to start her new job in the Northeast.
It was a great opportunity to see how the vehicle, fully loaded, was able to easily carve its way through interstate traffic ó semis being the predominant competition.
Very impressed with its agility and stability. The road noise took it's toll after three days of non-stop driving, but overall, it was a good driving experience.
It's time for me to say goodbye to my 255K-mile Land Cruiser, and I'm seriously considering a move to the new hybrid to dramatically improved my gas mileage and have
a AWD vehicle that will get me out of soggy Texas riverbeds when kayaking. Yes, there is still a bit of water left. One purely aesthetic question remains, though ó what color options exist beyond going green.
