Default Small Engine Noise?

Location of noise: Front passenger side. I believe above the wheel?

There is a engine noise that starts happening around 70MPH when the rpm is 2400 through 3000. Sounds like a fan is scraping or a grinding of something. I have read about the crosstrek bearings, but I don't think it's the same thing? Help would be much appreciated!

I don't recall this kind of issue from any previous threads.

So this sound, is particularly metallic in nature? At 70 MPH and above... that's strange. I can't think of anything it could be.

Is it consistent? If so, take it in. If not, drive it until it is.
