Default SOA after service survey

I do respond to the SOA after service survey. Yesterday I filled out the survey, a survey that I received, after a service at a Subaru dealer, that I had used for the first time, back in June of this year. This is a brand new Subaru dealership, they opened in Jan of this year. I was highly disappointed in the service, service technician that worked on my tire. Sloppy at best, cutting corners at worst.
I did fill out the very last question, which asks you if you have any comment you would like to add.

Now, does anyone take that survey seriously, and have you been ever contacted by SOA, if you had expressed serious concerns regarding the service of your XV Crosstrek at the Subaru
dealership.
Thank you.

I believe most dealers and SOA take the surveys seriously. Most dealers will contact you if you expressed dissatisfaction in a survey, depending on the nature of the complaint. Some dealers will state up-front that anything less than a "10" or "Excellent" on a survey is considered a fail and to contact them first to see what they can do to make it so.

The dealer I went to was located just around the corner from where I work. I had to take my XV back the next morning to rectify the the issue, a problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place. The front line representative was very apologetic and they rectified the situation and it was a different technician that did the work. I never received a call or an email from that dealer after this service, and that is one of the questions on the survey (have you been contacted after the service by the Subaru dealer.)
Why did I take my XV in: I had a nail in the rear driver side tire. After I received the car, all good, drove home, got out, checked tire pressure (taking into account gas expansion due to the drive home) here is what the readings were:
FL: 31 psi, FR: 31 psi, RR: 31 psi and the new tire RL: 41 psi, yes, forty-one psi.
Now, it is fair to say, based on the above tire pressure readings, that the tire technician failed to check the tire pressure in all the other three tires, and, overinflated the brand new tire that he had just installed. The tire technician performed a poor job and subjected the vehicle to develop new problems, not mentioning putting the driver and passengers in danger.
As mentioned in my previous post, that this repair took place over two and a half months ago and I already made the decision to not return to this dealer in the future. However, yesterday I was going over the technician's check sheet and saw his check marks in the tire section and his handwriting stating that he inflated all tires to 35 psi each. That is when I felt that I needed to fill out the SOA survey. SOA needs to know this.
I have no prejudice towards this dealer, I had just decided to not use them in the future.
Wish you all a happy and safe Labor Day weekend.

That is what I really want to know. SOA contacting a Subaru owner shows how serious they are.

No. I live in Canada. SOCanada yes. The initial purchase of the XV I was contacted by SOC and I did fill out the survey. Just last week took it in for a Safety Campaign (WQS-54). To reprogram the EyeSight Driver Assist System. This week I got a letter from SOC to fill out a servey of the work performed by the dealership.
