I have this Alpine unit. I like it, however, I might be having an issue with it. My passenger side speaker has started going in and out. It happens as I drive over bumps or turn left too hard. I'm going to be diagnosing today, and I'll update.

It was NOT the alpine unit malfunctioning. It was a T-Connector for my Aftermarket tweeters. Alpine unit still functioning great.

The benefit I see in the Alpine is that it fits behind the radio, so I don't have an amp under my seat. Underneath my seat is reserved for my "getting unstuck" gear.

The power it puts to my Memphis Audio speakers is perfect.

Are you guys using this with the stock receiver powering aftermarket speakers? I'm considering using this with stock clarion powering the kicker upgrades.

Yes, I'm using it with the stock low grade Clarion, powering Memphis Audio Power Reference component speakers.
