I changed out my Indicator Assembly on my 2019 Premium to a Limited one. I like the looks of the black face shifter plate and boot mush better.
Here are before, doing and after pictures.

Looks real nice, I like the look of the limited shifter, less plastic. Was it a simple switch or was it more involved than you expected? How much time did it take? Were their any installation instructions? I think this is my next project!

Sam, it wasn't bad change out. There were no instructions I think the vehicle had a couple hundred miles on it when I did it. That was the biggest thing. I'm getting ready to leave town for a couple days, first road tripe with it. Will be glad to post part numbers needed and how to when I get back.. For now start googling "indicator assembly change out on Crosstrek"

Could you post the part numbers and the steps that you took to do this? I've looked everywhere and haven't seen anything for a 2018 or 2019 Crosstrek Premium.

Here you go, Part numbers 35170FL090 (indicator assembly. 35133FL010 (leather boot) and 81870FL050 (console wiring harness). Harbor Freight interior removal tools. Start on divers side removing console emergency break boot. Pull up slightly on rubber mat in the cubby hole and pry the plastic piece up underneath it. Then grab the console and start pulling it up.
