Hello. I have a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness with just over 10,000 miles (16,000 kilometers), and within the last 300 miles I have developed an issue with the power steering. When driving on longer trips, the steering wheel will feel like it is stuck on center almost like lane departure is on. I will have to tug on the steering wheel to fix it, but then the wheel goes loose for a few degrees of steering and I veer slightly off course. I have noticed it when driving on the interstate for an hour, and after getting gas it was fine. Today I went to a national park, and 30 minutes into the drive the issue presented, but did not fix itself at all. This national park had sketchy roads with no guard rails, and at one point it felt like I did not have control of the car. I do not have lane departure on, and I have tested this issue with cruise control, and it is still present. Has anyone had this issue?
