My car was pulling right, so I got it aligned today at a shop. It drives straight now, but I noticed a few measurements on the report are out of spec and I'm wondering if I should take it back. Some of these tolerances are incredibly precise, for example front caster, thrust angle, and SAI all have 0.0° of wiggle room. Does this matter or am I looking too closely?

Bump... I asked a service advisor at the Subaru dealership and it took them a week to respond that they don't know the correct tolerance. As an engineer I deal with precise specs all the time, and I wish other companies would make it easier to get proper documentation and specs.

All this reenforces my fantasy that it might be better to get a base line alignment numbers while the car is still new.
Maybe someone is doing that right now?
