what size brakes does the Crosstrek have?

Ive read some things saying BIGGER than the current impreza, some things that say theyre smaller, and some that say they're the same size... Seems like i could find a consistent answer.

I....honestly don't know. I THINK they are bigger than the standard Impreza brakes, but I can't seem to find a number on them. I'm going to the dealer on Saturday so I will try to find out, unless someone else chimes in.

Still nothing? I was checking insurance quotes last night and most (maybe none now that i think about it) had the Crosstrek. I just had to use the standard Impreza on the form...

They are, in fact, larger than the regular Impreza, primarily for towing duties. Personally, I think Subaru made the XV more rugged for the more-adventurous Subaru owners for "heavier use".
