It all depends on supply. When I wanted a black or blue Honda Fit, I waited a whole month until they finally told me “none available for months, here’s a red one”. Reneged on that deal. The next Honda Fit was silver. It was sitting on the lot. Drove home that day. Our hyper blue crosstrek was in Idaho. Took a week to deliver.
Mine was a dealer Demo being driven by a sales man until i went in and bought it. It only had 2300 miles on it which is nothing. The dealer gave me a warranty that exceeded the normal factory warranty by the amount the sales guy drove it. I drove it off the lot the night I test drove it.
Our 2018 took 2 months. My wife wanted certain options on it that made it hard to find so it needed to be ordered. The dealer originally told me one month, but I knew from my daughter's experience that it would be more like 2 months, and it was.
Hello Everyone! I'm a newbie to clubCROSSTREK, but I've been very active in the Capital Region Subaru Baja Owners Group planning events, tagging Bajas and sharing the Baja KoolAid. It seems that Baja folks and the Crosstrek folks have a lot in common and we have several owners of both.
Want to try and bring this chat back to life to see if theres anyone local to me that offroads their crosstrek. I'm near Lowell, but have found most of my trails in southern, NH, i.e. pelham and salem nh.
Let me know, would love to cruise with someone!
