OK thank you. If I am looking at the front of the building or main entrance, what side is it on. I don't have a good sense of direction. I will just look other subarus.

You come in at one end of the parking lot near the front of the building. The parking lot stretches off to the right. When driving down the length of the parking lot, the Memorial park is on the left. Almost all the way to the end of the park is a small section of parking that stretches along the southwestern edge of the park. We'll be there. My Crosstrek is Sunshine Orange, easy to spot.

'Live in WI but it's cool to see someone putting together an XV club.

Running a car club can be a thankless task, but the good times are priceless.

Best of luck to you and the other OH drivers.

Tired of seeing other Crosstrek owners showing fun off road pics of their adventures while your car spends most it's life on pavement?

Join the Ohio Crosstrek Club for a fun exploration of some of Ohio's most scenic dirt and gravel roads. We've put together just under 100 miles of wandering backcountry roads that will deliver a new experience for you; beautiful vistas, the tranquil waters of the Mohican and Kokosing Rivers, Ohio's longest covered bridge, and for the more daring, a trip up Bat Nest Road. We'll stop along the way to have a group picnic with fixings on the grill before taking on the second half of the trip, which returns us to our starting point.

We will meet at Mohican State park, off State Route 3 in Loudonville, on October 6th at 1:00 pm. Gathering in the parking lot just before the main campground entrance, we'll grab a group picture, distribute maps (just in case) and then set off caravan style to enjoy the wonders Ohio dirt has to offer. The route is perfectly suited for standard issue Subies; the Bat Nest road option can be exciting if wet or muddy, but is easily circumnavigated if you choose.

The Mohican area has a diverse offering of activities for the family, inclusive of camping, canoe/kayaking, mountain biking, and horseback riding, so bring the whole brood for a weekend of recreation.

We'll be providing burgers/dogs/veggie options for the grill and would ask that you bring a prepared side dish. If you are interested in participating, please comment below with your side dish that you can contribute.

Looking forward to a fun day of exploration and companionship, hope y'all can make it.

TLDR:
~100 miles of scenic dirt/gravel road loop
1:00PM - 5:30PM
Starting area: Mohican State Park, 3116 State Route 3, Loudonville, OH 44842
Meet in the parking lot just before the main campground entrance.
Grill / Picnic partway through.
