Unlikely. Considering the application of the FB motor, the con-rods, pistons, rest of internals, etc aren't going to take boost very happily.

And the asymmetrical connecting rods (I think the FB20 has them too, I know for sure the FB25 has them) don't look like the kind of internals meant for forced-induction:

The turbo diesel XV is an entirely different engine block, the Subaru EE engine. It's a turbo-diesel-specific application, so yes, completely different, and much more stout than FB and non-turbo EJ motors.
